Space Bag Bundle

The Space Bag Bundle includes two pieces: the Space Bag (9-liter MOLLE-attached external storage pocket made from 75D recycled nylon, 85 grams) and the MOLLE Strap System (two adjustable nylon webbing straps with polyester and rubber loops and aluminum and zinc G-hook closures, 78 grams). Total kit weight is 163 grams.

The Space Bag Bundle adds 9 liters of external storage to a MOLLE-equipped Kilometer Studios backpack. It is built for items that do not belong in the main compartment: damp shoes after a run commute, wet kit from the gym, sweaty training clothes, an extra pair of socks, oversized travel-day overflow. The Space Bag keeps these items separated from clean gear, electronics, and work clothes inside the main bag.

The Space Bag Bundle attaches via the included MOLLE Straps to any MOLLE-equipped Kilometer Studios backpack: Spin Bag 30L, Spin Bag 18L, Everyday Rolltop, Pannier Rolltop, and Backpack Pro 16. It is not compatible with the Trail Pack (a running vest without MOLLE), the Packable Rolltop, or the Broloppet Bag (both minimalist packs without MOLLE).

The Space Bag clips onto the included MOLLE Straps, which thread through the host backpack's MOLLE webbing grid to create a flat, two-point anchor that holds the bag stable against the pack at running pace. Attachment and removal take seconds with no tools. Without the MOLLE Strap System the Space Bag will not mount securely, which is why the bundle packages the two together.

The Space Bag Bundle has a total carbon footprint of 2.91 kg CO₂e: 1.5 kg from materials, 0.05 kg from packaging, 1.34 kg from energy used in manufacturing, and 0.04 kg from transport. Kilometer Studios measures CO₂ per part (zippers, labels, materials, transport, factories) and prints the per-product number on the tag and the product page.

The Trail Pack and Packable Rolltop are minimalist designs without MOLLE.

We offer a 30-day return policy on all unused products in original packaging. Custom kit bundles can be returned as a complete set. Shipping costs for returns are covered by the customer.
