Spin Bag 30L

Greetings all, I had one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had with Kilometer, and I felt compelled to share. After picking up my 30L Spin bag at the Oslo Marathon this past September, I unfortunately had an issue where the shoulder strap tore at the seam. I reached out to Kilometer while I was still in Oslo (I normally live in California), and from the very first reply, Irina and the team were incredibly responsive, professional, and genuinely helpful. They immediately took the time to review my pictures, consulted with their product development team, and acknowledged the manufacturing defect without hesitation. What really impressed me was how quickly they moved to make things right. They offered a replacement bag, helped answer all my questions about other products, and even consolidated my additional order with the replacement shipment to make everything easier for me—especially given my tight timeline before leaving Norway. Communication was prompt, clear, and friendly throughout the entire process. I received tracking information right away, and everything arrived exactly as promised—and just in time before my flight at 6am tomorrow. It’s rare to find a company that stands so firmly behind its products and treats customers with such care, urgency, and respect. Kilometer didn’t just resolve the issue—they turned it into an experience that made me an even more loyal customer. Their commitment to quality and customer satisfaction is absolutely outstanding. Second time with this bag. Its an unreal item. One of them purchases you make throughout your life with zero buyers remorse. The form, the function, and the support from the team is genuinely heartwarming. I'd also highly recommend getting the waist pocket belt too. It'll harness the bag very comfortably onto the hips. I've been running 8km commutes no issue with the setup

Great bag with plenty of space

This is my second backpack- I bought exactly the same one as the first one had a broken zip and started to leak water in a bit - after 4 1/2 years. It is the best cycling backpack ever. Totally waterproof, spacious, comfortable and stylish….. I 100% recommend. Plus it saves my life recently in an accident, I got knocked off by a black cab driver and landed on my back. If I wasn’t wearing this backpack…..
